Advisor Fieldglass/ariba Solution Architect

**Essential Job Functions**
- Be the authoritative owner of the FieldGlass architecture, integrations, and processes in DXC environment
- Understand the FieldGlass contingent worker ecosystem and ensure all process and architecture diagrams are up to date
- Understand SAP Ariba and how FieldGlass invoicing processes and data flow would integrate with Ariba
- Work with delivery, category, and IT stakeholders and vendors to implement enhancements and upgrades to contingent management ecosystem
- Work with operational teams to handle support escalations around contingent management
- Coordinate with IT and ERP system owners to ensure supplier invoices are paid and contingent time and expenses are billed
- Develops processes and procedures for how to handle contingent worker operational issues and ensure support teams are trained and understand responsibilities
- Develop a working roadmap/product strategy plan around contingent management ecosystem
- Perform data analysis and process optimization activities in order to provide best recommendations on changes/solutions
- Provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel.

**Basic Qualifications**
- Seven or more years working with SAP FieldGlass
- Three or more years working with SAP Ariba
- Expert understanding of contingent management ecosystems (data flows from which type of systems, different types of contingent workers, etc.)
- Previous architect or technical role working with FieldGlass tool
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

**Other Qualifications**
- Good communication skills to communicate with customers, support personnel and management
- Good skills at managing risks during product launches
- Good creative thinking, problem solving, planning, time-management and organization skills to balance and prioritize work
- Good human relations skills to select, develop, mentor, discipline and reward employees
- Ability to create and maintain formal and informal networks
- Ability to lead and work in a team environment

**Work Environment**
- Office environment
