Inside Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to inform prospective exhibitors and attendees about our upcoming exhibitions.
- Build and manage a strong customer database.
- Follow up promptly on leads and inquiries to maximize conversion rates.
- Provide detailed information about exhibition packages, benefits, and participation guidelines.
- Effectively handle objections and address queries to encourage participation.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets and maximize attendance.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities in the CRM system.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in telesales or customer service preferred, but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- High level of enthusiasm, sincerity, and a willingness to learn and grow in the exhibition industry.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
