**About Us**:
AgroVikas is a leading organization dedicated to delivering exceptional service in the agricultural sector. We are seeking a dynamic Sales Team Leader to manage our sales and drive sales performance.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage a team of 20+ sales agents.
- Set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Work in shifts as required.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure targets are met.
- Generate regular performance reports for management review.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills and sales techniques.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or Horticulture (B.Sc or M.Sc).
- 2-3 years of experience as a Team Leader in a call center/BPO.
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Experience managing a team of at least 20 members.
- Familiarity with dialer systems.
- Excellent communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi; strong writing skills in English.

- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Ability to analyze performance and implement improvement strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
