Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales and Renewals Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to perform sales calls to potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing customer renewals and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients, effectively communicate the value proposition of offerings, and convert leads into customers.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers by actively prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing the sales cycle.
- Develop a deep understanding of products, features, and benefits to effectively position them to potential clients.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of software solutions.
- Prepare and negotiate pricing agreements and contracts, ensuring they align with the company's pricing and profitability objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to existing customers, proactively manage their renewals, and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and issues.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and sales opportunities in the company's CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to effectively position solutions in the marketplace.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably within the software-as-a-service industry.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to potential clients.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills to establish rapport and trust with customers.
- Self-motivated and target-driven individual with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
