**Key Responsibilities**:

- Update and maintain our customer and prospect databases using our CRM software
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and conduct market research to gather valuable information about our target audience
- Generate leads by identifying new prospects and potential customers
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies
- Monitor and analyse data to identify trends and patterns in customer behaviour
- Maintain accurate records of all communications with customers and prospects
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes to ensure the database is relevant and effective
- Assist with other projects and tasks as needed

**Requirements**:

- 0-6 months of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of CRM software, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience in outbound calling and market research is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
