Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Stay updated on legislative changes and industry standards.

Manage and supervise HR department staff.

Oversee recruitment, selection processes, and employee onboarding.

Maintain HR records, handle employee relations, and resolve conflicts.

Manage employee benefits programs and ensure regulatory compliance.

Administer compensation, payroll, and performance evaluation processes.

Develop employee recognition and rewards programs.

Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees.

Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals.

Core competency in compliances (PF, ESIC, PT) and other HR compliances.

Preparing and working PT Returns, PF Returns, ESIC Returns (ECR- PF/ESIC/ECR Uploading)

Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

Experience in recruitment, training, & Payroll.

Knowledge of MS Office, Advance Excel or MS.Excel, HRIS, ATS, and HR analytics.

Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.

Prior experience working with HRM Software or other relevant software.

Expertise in conflict resolution and fostering workplace relationships.

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Expertise in HR Compliances.

Leadership qualities and abilities.

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 per month
