Customer Success Executive

Job Summary:As a Customer Success Executive, you will own customer relationships, ensure seamless experiences, and foster long-term loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Order Scheduling
- Scheduling orders on various E-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, 1mg and Shopify Website.
2. Shipment Scheduling - Scheduling shipments on portals like Shiprocket, Xpressbees and Bigship.
3. RTO Orders Maintaing Excel of the return (RTO) orders.
5. Account Management: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers. - Regularly check-in with customers to ensure satisfaction.
6. Customer Retention: - Identify at-risk customers and implement retention strategies. - Analyze customer data to inform retention initiatives.
7. Upsell/Cross-sell: - Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products. - Collaborate with marketing teams to drive revenue growth.
8. Feedback and Insights: - Collect customer feedback and share with internal teams. - Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
9. Collaboration: - Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams. - Share customer insights to inform product development.
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
