**Roles & Responsibilities:
- **
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Remote Patient Monitoring sector.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Lead a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to achieve individual and team targets.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the sales organization.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing significantly to the overall revenue growth of the RPM department.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize pricing strategies and maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate and expand market share globally.
- English Fluency level: Fluent.
- Immediate joiners will be given first preference.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills In English.
- Flexible with a 24/7 Environment.
- Experience with International BPO in voice/chat process will be a plus point.
**Shift**: Rotational Shift(24*7) and 5 Days working.
**Job Location**: Should be willing to relocate to Chandigarh.
