Position: Operations Executive

KSBM Infotech is a leading mobile app development company that offers innovative and cutting-edge solutions to clients across the globe. KSBM Infotech has been in the mobile app development business for several years, and their portfolio is a testament to their expertise and skills.

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects within specified timelines, budgets, and quality standards. They lead cross-functional teams, manage resources, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure project success.

Key responsibility
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation. Define project objectives and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, providing clear direction, guidance, and support. Assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure effective collaboration among team members.
- Performance Monitoring: Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure operational performance. Monitor performance against targets, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Operations Management: Oversee and manage daily operational activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across departments. Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to optimise productivity and achieve organisational goals.
- Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality control measures and standards to ensure products or services meet or exceed customer expectations. Conduct regular quality audits, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in project coordination or project management roles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
