Position: Officer - Sales & Service

Reporting line: Key Account Manager

Job Summary: The role of Officer - Sales & Service is integral to driving sales growth and cultivating enduring customer relationships. This position involves prospecting for new clients, imparting comprehensive product and service knowledge, and skillfully closing deals. Upholding exemplary standards of customer service is paramount to ensuring sustained satisfaction. Additionally, the incumbent will contribute to the introduction and management of new products, services, and associated brands to meet strategic financial objectives.

Core Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain a qualified prospect database within designated territories.
- Deliver compelling presentations outlining the benefits of our bioenergy offerings.
- Provide the requisite assistance in negotiating and finalizing sales contracts while ensuring compliance with company pricing and terms.
- Provide ongoing customer support, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues to bolster client satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of developments in the bioenergy sector, competitor dynamics, and evolving customer demands.
- Fostering enduring client relationships, and nurturing long-term partnerships.
- Generate and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and avenues for enhancement.
- Participate in continuous sales training to stay updated on industry advancements and bioenergy solutions.
- Contribute to the research, development, and implementation of marketing initiatives.
- Assist in the creation and management of cohesive offline and online communication materials.
- Actively engage with strategic stakeholders, including governmental bodies, to facilitate effective networking.
- Assist in delineating annual marketing agendas and contributing to departmental goal attainment.
- Undertake additional duties as delegated.

Desirable Attributes:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, sales, or business administration, or equivalent qualification.
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in sales are desirable.
- Proficiency in brand building and management concepts.
- Demonstrated proficiency in internet marketing strategies, technologies, and solutions.
- Strong written, and verbal communication skills
- Diplomatic finesse, including adept negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹36,084.03 per month

Day range:

- Weekend availability

Shift:

- Day shift
