- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment as needed.
- **Documentation and Record Keeping**:

- Record production data accurately, including quantities produced, downtime, and quality checks.
- Complete production reports and logs as required by Management.
- **Safety Compliance**:

- Adhere to all safety guidelines, policies, and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Participate in safety training programs and contribute to the overall safety culture of the manufacturing facility.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate effectively with production team members and Management to optimize workflow and productivity.
- Communicate any issues or concerns that may impact production schedules or product quality.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and efficiency.
- Provide suggestions for process improvements based on observations and experiences.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in engineering (any discipline), technical certification or relevant coursework is a plus.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred but not required.
- Basic understanding of production processes, machinery, and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
