**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Business Development**:

- Identify and prospect new B2B clients within the IT sector.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to understand client needs and pain points.
- Present and demonstrate our IT solutions effectively to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales deals.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions that meet client expectations.
- Anticipate and proactively address client concerns to maintain long-term relationships and foster client loyalty.
- **Operations and Process Optimization**:

- Streamline internal processes related to sales, order fulfillment, and customer support to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and analyze sales and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across teams.
- Continuously assess market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic decision-making and business planning.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales within the IT industry, with a strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and delivering results.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive mindset and the ability to identify opportunities for revenue growth and operational improvement.
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certifications in sales, project management, or relevant IT disciplines are a plus.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹37,270.90 per month
