**Job Title: Investor Relations / Customer Success**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client and Investor Engagement**
- Understand the business model of each client/startup.
- Shortlist potential investors and create personalized messages for each investor.
- Request client referrals and cross-sell our B2B offerings.
- Prepare and maintain records of customer success and progress.
- Schedule and conduct weekly meetings with clients as per US working hours.
- Gather feedback, suggest improvements, and incorporate feedback into strategies.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction within 2 hours of response time, fulfilling custom client requirements.

**Data Management and Analytics**
- Proficient in managing Excel sheets and running custom software for data analysis.

**Communication and Reporting**
- Be responsible for the daily progress of campaigns, adhering to SOPs for delivery.
- Manage client onboarding processes including the initial questionnaire, campaign setup, and business understanding.
- Collaborate with the operations/delivery team to ensure fast, error-free campaign execution.

**Administrative and Operational Support**
- Oversee operations and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Prepare presentations and reports as required.

**Skills**:

- Excellent proficiency in English, both in speaking and writing.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and presentation tools like Google Slides.
- Ability to work during US business hours.
- Proven experience in customer success, investor relations, or a related field.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- A keen understanding of business models, particularly in the startup ecosystem.
