About LCX:
## About the Role:
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual to take LCX’s business development to the next level. We have an exciting roadmap of new products that will be coming to market over the next 12 months, and need someone passionate about Crypto to champion them to the broader ecosystem. You must be comfortable prioritizing and qualifying opportunities, and then driving them from origination all the way through to completion.

## Responsibilities:

- New Market Makers Relations:

- Institutional and Corporate Accounts Management:

- Sales and Relationship Building:

- Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
## Requirements:

- 3+ years or more of experience in a full time work environment, either in an office or remotely
- Strong knowledge of Cryptocurrency exchanges, and inbound BD pipeline management
- Experience creating and pitching presentations on google slides
- An understanding of the economics and game theory underlying incentivised crypto mechanisms and markets

## Proven sales background, preferably in financial products.

## Experience in crypto trading or a strong interest in the cryptocurrency market.
*
## Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.
- Good Evaluation skills
- The hunger to always be driving deals to completion
- An existing network within crypto
- Strong listening and negotiation skills
- Experience writing and publishing BD specific marketing content
- be a native English speaker
- have a background and proven experience in providing support to customers in the crypto field
- be smart, able to resolve enquiries in a professional way
- have good contacts in the crypto industry
- passionate about cryptocurrencies and fintech.
