**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**DIGITAL MARKETING & GRAPHIC DESIGNER**

We are looking for a talented digital marketing and graphic designer who can take concepts and ideas and create visual representations, in both print and electronic media.

Collaborating with multiple teams across the company, he/she should be able to take written or spoken ideas and convert them into a design that connects.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Using computer software such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator to create original artworks or modify existing ones to meet specific design requirements.
- Creating marketing materials such as brochures, pamphlets, flyers, posters, billboards, or postcards to promote products or services.
- Designing visual elements such as logos, product labels, or packaging materials for products or services
- Preparing sketches of concept drawings to identify possible approaches to solving design problems.
- Developing visual concepts and designing advertisements that effectively communicate with target audiences.
- Assist in creating and editing multimedia content, such as videos, GIFs, and animations, to support digital marketing initiatives.
- Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and reflect the brand's tone.

**COMPETENCIES**
- Proven graphic designing experience.
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop).
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.

**EXPERIENCE**
- 3-4 Years experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency setting.

**QUALIFICATION**
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

**WORK LOCATION**
- Yelahanka, Bangalore

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
