Role: Executive/Sr. Executive - Sales Department

Job type: Full-time

Location: Pune / Thane / Nagpur / Ch. Sambhaji Nagar

Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree preferable in travel studies and/or Diploma/ equivalent in travel and tourism
- Minimum 1 - 3 years experience in the travel sales profile
- Perform in-depth research to identify the best travel options for clients
- Consult with clients to determine their travel needs, preferences, and budget
- Provide customized travel advice and recommendations
- Book flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel arrangements
- Maintain client records and document all travel services provided
- Address client complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
- Develop promotional materials and create customized itineraries
- Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and developments in order to remain competitive
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely manner
- Meet or exceed sales goals and objectives
- Maintaining daily, weekly and monthly sales reports

Skills required;
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proven sales experience
- Knowledge of the travel industry
- Ability to build relationships with customers
- Ability to work independently and also in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Creative problem solving and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of geography and international travel regulations
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated with strong work ethic
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Shift:

- Day shift

- No travel
