- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure that all franchise outlets adhere to the brand’s design standards and guidelines. Conduct site visits to review progress and provide feedback to maintain high-quality and consistent design across all locations.
- **Customization**: Adapt designs to meet the specific needs and constraints of different locations while maintaining the core brand elements. Take into account local culture, regulations, and architectural styles.
- **Material Selection**: Source and select appropriate materials, finishes, furnishings, and fixtures that align with the brand’s aesthetic and functional requirements. Ensure the use of sustainable and cost-effective options.
- **Documentation**: Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents for each project. Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained.
- **Trend Analysis**: Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies. Incorporate innovative solutions to enhance the customer experience and operational efficiency of the franchise outlets.
- **Budget Management**: Develop and manage project budgets. Provide accurate cost estimates and monitor expenditures to ensure financial objectives are met.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in interior design, preferably in retail or franchise environments.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in commercial or retail design.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional creativity and a strong eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel frequently to various locations as required.
- Knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
