**Job Description**:

- Role Requirements:
- Lead efforts to mature the Customer Identity and Access Management practice to address key business goals with the focus on improving customer experience around key engagement journeys.Drive workshops and consolidation around data discovery, organization, cleaning, extraction, transformation, loading, analysis and conversion as required by the business goals and product development use cases.-
- Collaborate with the leadership to align with business goals and outcomes to ensure data related insights and analysis is presented in efficient consider models and utilization plans.-
- Identify customer related data and develop and derive core metrics, KPIs and create reports for stakeholders to understand and track.-
- Ability to drive, design and implement Machine Learning initiatives.-
- Recommend data efficiency insights, improvements, algorithms and infrastructure design to ensure data is efficiently managed and maintained.-
- Build data models, data flows to ensure data moved efficiently between the systems.-
- Ability to derive data models to outline areas of opportunities and suggest solutions to solve problems around processes, efficiency, operational management and governance.-
- Build test mechanisms to showcase loopholes and error handling with data design and suggested improvement solutions.-
- Work in a collaborative environment driving strategy with key IAM leaders and stakeholders.- Preferred Qualifications:
- 10 plus years of experience in computer science, IT, Data Analytics, Data Science or similar.-
- 7 plus years of experience with driving business solutions in B2B and B2C space-
- Knowledge of Identity & Access Management domain preferred.-
- Strong Mathematics background preferred.-
- Experience with persona and use case driven Data modeling-
- Experience with data prediction, forecasting, or forward modeling-
- Experience inserting data science scripts/algorithms/code into production environments-
- Experience building reports with data driven KPIs, metrics-
- Experience with Agile development and SCRUM methodologies-
- Demonstrated ability to lead planning and cross functional discussions to drive data requirements clarity and decision making-
- Excellent communication skills-
- Self-starter and possesses flexibility to work in a fast-paced & fast-changing environment and ambiguous situations, with ability to succeed amidst ambiguity-
- Applies in-depth professional knowledge and understanding to technical or business problem solving-
- Strong analytical skills; ability to distill information from disparate data sources and the capability to tell the story behind it, as well as recommendations for next steps.-
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirementsAbility to manage priorities, ambiguity and data to find and execute improvement opportunities to drive strategic goals.-
- Intellectual curiosity and the ability to question partners across functional areas-
- Strong listening, pragmatic feedback, negotiation and conflict resolution skills-
- Collaborate within various IT, business capability teams and business stakeholders to achieve maximum business value-
- Accepts additional challenges and tasks that will help grow in this role and prepare for future roles-
- Works on multiple projects as a project team member, occasionally as a project leader. May coach more junior staff.
