Pune, India Automobile dealership Full time

A) Job Title and Position: Account Executive

1) Target achievement on:

- GST working & reconciliation with government portal (GST Return)
- Followup for Input Credit which is not reflected in Government portal
- Warranty Reconciliation with GDMS & EDMS
- Sales Incentive of Employee
- Sale & Purchase model wise & month wise grp summary preparation
- Call memo to HDFC Bank
- Claim submission ( Exchange, Corporate, Demo car & Event)
- New Car Docket clearance on daily basis
- Paid/FOC/Counter sale accessories invoicing
- Physical stock and accessories verification of Stockyard & KSR

Adjustment of balancing figure in all ( corporate, private and T permit cases)
- Prepare debtors list and follow-up for debtors

2) Developing and Maintaining Relationship:

- Developing and maintaining good relationship and rapport with all the employees.
- Immediate resolution of customers complaints, dissatisfaction and grievances for internal healthy work environment and harmony amongst the employees.
- Observe discipline, Follow flowchart and all the processes religiously.

3) Adherence to SOP

Adherence to SOP will reflect in the following areas
- Maintain cleanliness and Hygienic condition, healthy environment in the workplace.
- Highest staff satisfaction in terms of workload and working environment by proper manpower utilization.
- Accuracy in attendance, maintaining records, formalities, etc.
- Daily, Weekly & Monthly reporting as per the format.

4) Others
- Adherence to Company norms related to HR.
- To maintain harmony within the department and co-ordination with other departments.
- To maintain self health and safety during working hours.

To adhere to company rules and regulations pertaining to Safety and Environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
