**Developing marketing strategies**: You will be responsible for developing marketing strategies that help promote the events you organize. You need to have a good understanding of your target audience and be able to create effective promotional campaigns that reach them.

**Creating promotional materials**:You will be responsible for creating promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, and other marketing collateral. You will need to work with designers to ensure that these materials are effective and eye-catching.

**Managing social media accounts**: You will be responsible for managing social media accounts and creating engaging content that promotes our events. You need to be familiar with various social media platforms and be able to use them effectively to reach your target audience.

**Coordinating with vendors**:You will be responsible for coordinating with vendors such as caterers, photographers, and audio-visual equipment providers to ensure that everything is in place for our events.

**Analyzing event data**:You will be responsible for analyzing data related to your events, such as attendance numbers and feedback from attendees. You need to use this data to make informed decisions about future events and to continually improve your marketing strategies.

**Researching and developing content**: You will be responsible for researching and creating content for various mediums, such as blogs, articles, social media, and other forms of digital content. You need to be able to conduct thorough research and write engaging and informative content that appeals to our target audience.

**Additional Responsibilities**:
1. You will also build our database based on our organization's requirements. This is primarily for engaging delegates for our events

2. Preparing monthly marketing reports

3. Any other task assigned by your reporting manager.

**You are a good fit if you have below skills and experience.**

1. Excellent English communication, both verbal and written

2. Knowledge in Ms Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

3. Knowledge of Photoshop and after effects

5. 1 year of experience working for corporate events or in the digital marketing agency is preferrable

6. Tech-savvy

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
