As an International Calling Process Associate, you will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls to and from international clients and customers. You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, assisting with inquiries, and resolving any issues that customers may have. This position requires excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle outbound and inbound international calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide product/service information and assistance to customers, ensuring a positive experience.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
- Follow communication scripts and company guidelines to handle different customer scenarios.
- Accurately document and log all call-related information and follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments as needed to resolve customer issues.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets set by the company.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Stay updated on company promotions and changes in policies to provide accurate information.
- Uphold the company's values and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment, preferably in an international context.
- Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed while handling customer complaints or challenging situations.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Reliable and high-speed internet connection for remote work.
- Quiet and distraction-free workspace.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
