**Job Statement**
- responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of the supply chain process, from procurement of raw materials to delivery of finished products. Your primary goal is to ensure the efficient and cost-effective flow of materials and products through the supply chain, meeting production schedules and customer demands.
- Responsible for Import Management for RM and overseeing the warehouse operations for both RM & NPM. Responsible for ensuring the smooth in & Out flow of materials, maintaining inventory levels, and optimizing the supply chain processes to meet customer demands efficiently.
- This position requires strong organizational skills, Effective planning & organizing, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
**Strategic Planning**:

- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand market trends, demand forecasts, and industry developments.
- Production Planning:

- Work closely with production teams to develop and maintain production schedules that align with demand forecasts.
- Implement strategies to improve production efficiency and reduce lead times.

**Vendor Management**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to secure the best value for the organization.

**Supply Chain Optimization**:

- Monitor and analyse key supply chain metrics, such as inventory levels, lead times, and delivery performance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction, implementing best practices and lean principles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, and logistics, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment.
- Continuously assess market trends, industry developments, and regulatory requirements to anticipate and mitigate potential supply chain risks.

**Inventory Management**:

- Develop and implement inventory control strategies to optimize stock levels, minimize holding costs, and avoid stockouts.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Utilize inventory management systems or software to track and manage inventory movements and levels effectively.

**Warehouse Operations**:

- Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards within the warehouse.
