**Responsibilities**:
Receives orders from and arranges for the delivery of concrete to customers in a timely, accurate and courteous mannerCoordinates daily workload with plant personnelInteracts with customers, plant personnel and driversMaintains complete and accurate documentation of records, reports and salesReceives and processes products sales orders from customers for concrete and/or material ordersEfficiently schedules drivers, to ensure timely and correct delivery of concrete and/or materials to customersEnsures each job order has the correct raw material mix design according to the specifications submitted by the customerEncourages a positive working relationship with area personnel to ensure customers' jobs are serviced according to the specificationsMaintains appropriate discipline and compliance with all applicable rules and policiesParticipates in employee performance reviewsEncourages a positive working relationship with customers to ensure their jobs are properly serviced including the selling of productsDirects and councils customers in the product(s) needed to meet job specificationsCommunicates with Dispatch Manager to schedule Mixer Operators for upcoming jobsAccurately records all orders, deliveries and materials inventories for the areaSchedules personnel, call ins, equipment, raw materials deliveries, etcto meet customer requirementsArranges for timely repair / maintenance of products delivery equipmentCompiles and publishes periodic production reportsEnsure the most optimal mix is being used in all none specified work (the cost effective approved mix)Responsible for collection of COD’sEnsure all Hours of Service rules are followed and enforcedOther duties or special projects as assigned by higher management

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift
- US shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
