Office Assistant Responsibilities

1. Organize and maintain case files.

2. Track and record employee time in/out.

3. Coordinate mailing services, including posting letters and couriers.

4. Dispatch letters to Stepup when necessary.

5. Verify incoming envelopes and file appropriately.

6. Count and assist in packing envelopes.

7. Attach postal receipts to relevant documentation.

8. Greet clients and offer refreshments (water, chai, coffee).

9. Handle customer calls and maintain call records.

10. Stamp documents as required for official purposes.

11. Keep record of pending tracking and prepare complaints as needed.

12. Scan documents using the office scanner and ensure digital copies are correctly filed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
