- Provide detailed information about available properties, pricing, and market trends.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activity to provide clients with accurate and current information.
- Conduct property viewings and site visits with clients.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Additionally, this role offers the opportunity to handle high-end luxury projects in South Mumbai with prices ranging from 7 Cr to 70 Cr and upwards.
**Skills Required**:
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of the real estate market and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
