The role holder is an expert in their field, both inside and outside Stefanini, and leads and directs a large design team. Responsible for defining and delivering the largest technical projects/strategies/architectures, working with and influencing director level to understand their customers" business and commercial issues and contribute key insights. Responsible for the creation, iteration, and maintenance of structures such as enterprise and business architectures embodying the key principles, methods and models that describe the organization"s future state, and that enable its evolution. This typically involves the interpretation of business goals and drivers; the translation of business strategy and objectives into an 'operating model'; the strategic assessment of current capabilities; the identification of required changes in capabilities; and the description of inter-relationships between people, organization, service, process, data, information, technology and the external environment.

Key Accountabilities
- ** Management. **Leads and coaches large designs team to help them identify business opportunities and define customer requirements.
- ** Authority. **Responsible for the definition of major technological projects for customers or Stefanini, communicating these to team members for them to design and implement.
- ** Cost and risk. **May manage a large design team, defining the approach to larger/more complex solution development and acceptance testing, and identifying strategic level risks and remedies.
- ** Influence. **Develops and shares original thinking on significant areas of IT and future direction to influence the division"s business strategy.
- ** Business development. **Works with customers to understand their business strategy and develop IT strategies and architecture for significant areas of their business. Helps them see how technological issues should affect their business strategies.
- ** Requirements and design. **Manages a large design team to agree customer requirements and produce the design, setting high level criteria for the design of major solutions and exercising design control over the implementation.
- ** Thought leadership. **Communicates the impact of emerging technologies on customer and Stefanini"s business to senior level customers and Stefanini"s" business.
- ** Knowledge re-use. **Shares knowledge with colleagues to make a useful contribution to Stefanini"s knowledge base.

**Key Performance Indicators**
- Regularly has large, complex designs, incorporating trade-offs from the original specification, accepted by the relevant business approval review, without any requirement for design changes.
- Can evidence regular contributions to customer forums, conferences and professional bodies.
- Tangible recognition from customers and/or Stefanini sales of being a major influence in the customer choosing Stefanini.
- Using company prescribed methodologies, can demonstrate a contribution to the definition of customer overall IT architecture, including new solutions of significant size and complexity and which contain solution components from contributing specialists.

**Role Skills Requirements**
- Expertise in End to End Solutions integrations with technologies like Remote Infrastructure Managed solutions, Managed Cloud (Azure/AWS/ Google) Solutions, IoT, Digital Workplace Services(SCCM, INTune, O365, Windows 10 Upgrade, UEM, Autopilot etc.), Virtualizations Solutions (Like Azure AVD, Citrix, VDI solutions) along with strong pre-sales experience.
- Should have very good experience in responding and writing proposals for RFI/RFQ/RFP.
- Prepare and deliver Statement of Work (SOW) detailing the technical and commercial proposal to the Customers.
- Work closely with the Sales/Technical/Delivery teams while building the proposal.

Should have very good experience in preparing documents / slide decks for Collaterals. Case Studies Client / Customer Visits Skill Sets presentation / Business Unit Overview Analyze pre-bid feasibility to deliver cost effective customer/partner solution.
- Prior Experience of working for Microsoft Solutions/Services. Capable of handling Custom Visits Lead generation and Sales experience is a Plus Key.
- Should be willing to work in shifts - timings 2:30 IST to 11:30 IST (Flexible). May be required to support customer meetings in night.
