**Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Convert leads using effective communication and persuasion skills specific to Australian clients.
- Engage with clients to understand their event requirements, preferences, and objectives.
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels to promptly address client inquiries and concerns.
- Facilitate the booking process for events, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to finalize contracts and agreements with clients.
- Allocate tables and seating arrangements based on client preferences and event requirements.
- Ensure efficient utilization of venue space and resources to meet the expectations of clients.
- Discuss and present available food and beverage packages to clients, tailoring options to suit their specific event needs.
- Provide detailed information on pricing, inclusions, and customization possibilities to clients.
- Cultivate strong and positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Proactively seek feedback from clients to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and event details.
- Continuously update knowledge of the venue, ensuring the ability to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Proactively identify and address potential challenges in the event planning process for clients.
- Implement effective solutions to ensure client satisfaction and the successful execution of events in Australia.

- Clear and articulate communication to convey information accurately and build rapport with clients and team members.
- Attentively listen to clients' needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
- Ability to persuade and influence clients to choose our venue, showcasing the value proposition effectively.
- A commitment to meeting and exceeding customer expectations, ensuring a positive experience throughout interactions.
- Efficiently prioritize tasks and manage time to meet deadlines, especially when coordinating multiple events simultaneously.
- Proactively identify challenges and implement effective solutions, demonstrating a problem-solving mindset.
- Awareness and respect for cultural differences, when dealing with clients.
- Ability to handle rejection, setbacks, or challenging situations with resilience and a positive attitude.
- Navigate and negotiate terms effectively, ensuring a mutually beneficial outcome for both the client and the venue.
- Thorough attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in record-keeping, contract finalization, and event coordination.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
