Job Title: Operations Coordinator
**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Coordination:
- Confirming and tracking team activities, including booking and individual contributor entry.
- Understanding team requirements and ensuring they are met effectively.
- Maintaining Excel sheets for tracking team progress and reporting.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Conducting root cause analysis of Excel sheets for team members.
- Analyzing individual team member sheets and generating reports on a daily basis.
- Providing insights and recommendations based on analysis to improve team performance.
- Process Improvement:
- Creating and documenting processes to ensure consistency and quality.
- MIS and Coordination:
- Generating Management Information System (MIS) reports.
- Coordinating with external partners such as Ship rocket, Easy com, Derry Berry, and courier services etc
Qualifications and Skills:
- Any Graduate Degree
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Shift:
- Day shift
**Experience**:
