Responsibilities will include taking care of front desk of the hotel via interacting with customers, managing customer check-in for rooms, verifying customer details, generating timely sales report and more.

- Interacting with the customers regarding room check-in/check-out services.
- Attend calls, answer any valid queries and redirect to appropriate departments if required.
- Maintain guest register with accurate details.
- Enforce hotel policies on guests and the staff.
- Generate timely reports and submit to higher management.

**Schedule**:
**Skills**:

- Spoken and written skill in English and Hindi is a must.
- Spoken skill in regional languages like Marathi and Kannada is added bonus.
- Should know their way around a PC. Basic software skills with MS Office is a added plus point.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelors degree preferable but not a must.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
