Conference Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Research and identify potential leads and data sources for events from LinkedIn
- Collect and organize data into the Salesforce platform for efficient utilization.
- Execute Social media marketing campaigns to engage and invite potential participants VIP delegates (Free Passes)
- Focus on acquiring VIP attendees from leading banks for our premium events.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure lead generation aligns with event goals.
- Maintain a high standard of data accuracy and quality in the Salesforce system.
- Regularly update and enhance the database with new leads and contacts.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Must be a graduate / Bachelors
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent research and data mining skills.
- Knowledge of using Salesforce or a similar CRM system an advantage (although training will be provided).
- Effective communication skills (good written English)
- Time management and organizational skills.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
**Working Hours**:
- Normal Shift - 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
- Monday to Saturday, with alternative Saturdays off.
- No late shifts to maintain work-life balance.
