At Practo, we believe in creating a future where healthcare is accessible and effective for everyone. As part of our mission, we are seeking passionate individuals who can help us improve patient outcomes by gathering valuable feedback through teleconsultation services. If you thrive on building relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction, this role is for you.
**Responsibilities**:
- Contact patients who have used the Practo teleconsultation service to gather feedback on their health outcomes and overall experience.
- Accurately document and update patient responses in the feedback system for analysis.
- Educate patients on follow-up care based on their feedback, and connect them with the relevant Practo healthcare providers if required.
- Address any patient queries regarding their teleconsultation experience and provide clear, professional communication.
- Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and respect for patient information.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Telehealth, Quality Assurance, and Healthcare Providers to resolve patient concerns.
- Assist in identifying areas for improving teleconsultation services based on patient feedback.
- Follow up with patients at scheduled intervals to ensure satisfaction and monitor health outcomes.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect empathetically with patients.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple follow-up schedules.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- A team player who can coordinate with various internal departments to ensure patient satisfaction.
- Experience in healthcare, customer service, or teleconsultation is preferred.
- A background in sales or a customer-facing role is a plus.
