The Digital Creator will develop, plan & execute projects & initiatives that support overall culture, & marketing strategy. Ensure the brand remains relevant to consumers and all initiatives support the brand promise.

Assisting with the development and implementation of strategic partnerships, promotional events, property collateral, in venue programming, and initiatives across the platform. Digital Creator will act as brand evangelist, developing & leading brand orientations for both internal & external training and awareness purposes. This individual will create B2C marketing collateral, create social media contents and posts that is aligned with the brand voice and pillars.

Creating content such as videos, webinars, social media engaging Users.

Will be directly responsible for company related collateral, relationship management, and other partners, company alliances, marketing PR partnerships. This is a hybrid position with requirements to coming to office as needed.

Providing report to the CEO directly on project managing of the following key initiatives:

- Social Media Content development and maintenance
- Photo & Video Partnerships, Planning & Production
- Develop partnership programs to provide enhanced experiences and marketing value

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to those outlined below and can be modified at the Company’s discretion:
Play key role in successfully managing and growing the brand’s business in US and India
- Social media and digital marketing strategy implementation and execution.
- Oversee print ad production from production to implementation to ensure quality and timely release of artwork.
- Establish brand objectives and determine whether they are being met in campaigns and recommend needed adjustments as they progress.
- Attend events, conference, and trade shows to represent the company, as needed.

**Skills**:

- 5+ years Luxury digital creation and marketing experience preferred.
- High level of professional interactivity skills at manager level with international associates.
- Balance of creative thinking and having an eye for detail (to handle marketing and standards)
- Proven project management experience that is result-driven and timely.
- Able to multitask at high levels to develop strategies, concepts and standards planning.
- High level of communication skills suited for different audiences
- writing and presentation.
- Results oriented.
- Fluent in English with strong writing skills and storytelling.
- Able to take the initiative and work independently.
- Organized, detailed and adheres to deadlines.
- Understand concept of branding and able to build and inspire brand passion across the organization
- Live as a Brand Ambassador.
- Familiar with cutting edge marketing and social management tools such as ChatGPT, MidJourney, etc.
- Familiar with AI writing assistant and creativity tools.
- Experience working with/supporting clients in luxury and lifestyle branding businesses.

**Qualifications**:

- Extensive experience in digital marketing and social media management, spanning over 5 years.
- Proficient in utilizing various social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive conversion.
- Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels, with a focus on ROI and performance metrics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and optimize marketing efforts accordingly.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO principles and practices to enhance online visibility and organic reach.
- Skilled in content creation, including writing compelling copy, designing graphics, and producing multimedia content.
- Experience in community management, fostering relationships with followers, influencers, and brand advocates.
- Proficient in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, and others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, social media, and technology.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
