Responsibilities:

- Make the schedule of construction.
- Supervise the contractors, subcontractors and workers present at the site.
- Ensure that the construction is happening on time according to the schedule.
- Supervise all the construction projects from start to finish.
- Inspecting construction sites regularly.
- Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.
- Coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment to the construction site.
- Maintain records of project activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and any changes from the original plans.

Requirements and skills:

- Basic qualification - Civil engineer
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience on active project.
- Knowledge of construction - methods, materials, and equipment
- The ability to interpret blueprints.
- Problem solving skills
- Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, contractors etc.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 4 years (preferred)
