We are looking for a dedicated and proactive **Pre-Sales/Telecaller** to join our team at RGCR. In this role, you will be responsible for calling out to potential leads, explaining the benefits of RGCR membership, and transferring qualified leads to the sales team for closure. You will play a crucial part in driving membership growth by managing lead pipelines, conducting follow-ups, and ensuring potential members have all the information they need to take the next step.
We have a robust digital marketing infrastructure that consistently delivers 30-50 qualified leads daily—individuals who have shown interest in our membership through targeted ads. Additionally, our advanced backend system nurtures these leads automatically, setting up meetings and keeping prospects engaged. Your role won’t involve cold calling; instead, you'll focus on engaging warm prospects, addressing their needs, and guiding them to become hot leads ready for conversion by the sales team.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
