Introduction

Your Role and Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Create and optimize web experiences to deliver outcomes meeting key business objectives
- Collaborate with marketing and business stakeholders to craft web strategies
- Take initiatives to relentlessly optimize web experience using data, research, and experimentation
- Conduct competitive and SEO research to build and maintain sitemap
- Set baseline performance metrics, track and report KPIs, providing regular updates to stakeholders

This is a hybrid work role, attendance to the office will be required only 3 times per week

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of experience as a Web Strategist or agency equivalent
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager Sites, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics
- Experience with SEO and platforms like AHREFs, Clearscope, and BrightEdge
- Experience working and collaborating on a cross-functional team to achieve collective goals
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Strong project management and communication skills
