Position Title: Business Development Manager/ Executive - HORECA Division

Job Location : Bangalore

Job Summary:
The HORECA Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share within the Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering sector. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy and Planning:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy targeting the HORECA sector.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.

2. Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the hospitality and foodservice industry.
- Understand clients' business objectives and provide customized solutions to meet their needs.

3. Business Development:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HORECA sector.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to introduce new products or features that align with client needs.

4. Sales Presentations and Negotiations:

- Conduct compelling sales presentations to showcase the value proposition of products/services.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements to ensure mutually beneficial arrangements.

5. Forecasting and Reporting:

- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for management.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, and customer support to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide feedback to improve products/services based on client interactions and market trends.

7. Customer Satisfaction:

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing issues and concerns promptly.
- Seek feedback from clients to continuously improve service delivery.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HORECA sales or a similar role within the food and beverage industry.
- Strong understanding of the hospitality and food service market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
