- Adaptability and flexibility
- Proficiency in computer software like MS Office, outlook
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Relevant work experience in an office setting.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Responding to client queries.
- Scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Greeting and receiving visitors.
- Helping manage the office correspondence.
- Performing general clerical and administrative tasks.
- Help maintain files to keep track of important documents, organize travel arrangements, manage supply inventory and perform data entry as required.
- Prepared daily / weekly reports for different departments as per their standard formats.
- Answered to the Daily query / complaint mails by Clients.
- Updated the report formats as per the instructions from the higher management
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Rotational shift
