**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Tele Calling**: Engage in outbound tele-calling activities primarily aimed at lead generation and promoting our educational courses.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive outreach efforts.
- **Communications**: Demonstrate excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi to effectively engage with prospective students.
- **Student Engagement**: Communicate with students to provide information about our courses and encourage them to attend free career counseling sessions at our institutes.
- **Follow-up**: Maintain regular follow-ups with students to ensure timely updates on their visit status and address any queries or concerns they may have.

**Requirements**:

- **Communication Skills**: Proficiency in English is mandatory, along with the ability to communicate effectively in Hindi.
- **Telecalling Experience**: Prior experience in outbound telecalling, tele sales, or lead generation is preferred.
- **Customer Focus**: Possess a customer-centric approach with the ability to understand and address the needs of prospective students.
- **Availability**: Willingness to work 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday) with fixed office hours from 10 am to 7 pm. Sundays are fixed off.
