About us:
Intangles is a Global Digital Twin company with a presence across the India, US, UK, UAE, and SEA. Intangles has an entire end-to-end suite of products where an IoT device captures the data from multiple sensors from the asset which is then analyzed on the Digital Twin Platform for predicting component-level failures. The platform is capable of raising early warning to the user and also gives useful insight into the performances under various areas and scope for improvement and bringing operational efficiency. The system leverages some of the latest and greatest software stacks to ensure the huge amount of data that it is capturing is being processed and gives real-time insights to its consumers. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales & service team by ensuring efficient coordination, monitoring, and follow-up on various activities. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, engaging in direct customer discussions, and collaborating with internal teams for seamless operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Regularly monitor sales and service team activities, ensuring compliance with established processes and timelines.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and share insights with the management.
- Maintain and update the Management Information System (MIS) with accurate and up-to-date information related to sales, service, and customer interactions.
- Conduct daily follow-ups with the sales and service teams to track progress on leads, customer inquiries, and ongoing projects.
- Collaborate with team members to address challenges and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor outstanding collections and collaborate with the finance team to facilitate timely payment collection from clients.
- Escalate any payment issues to the appropriate stakeholders for resolution.
- Manage the subscription renewal process by proactively reaching out to clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring a seamless renewal process.
- Create compelling and informative presentations (PPT) on a weekly basis, highlighting key sales and service achievements, challenges, and future plans.
- Engage in direct discussions with customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and build strong relationships.
- Act as a liaison between the sales/service teams and customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with various internal teams, including production, finance, and other relevant departments, to ensure smooth coordination and information flow.
- Provide administrative support to the sales and service teams, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and assisting with day-to-day tasks.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven 3-5 years of work experience in a similar role, preferably in the sales domain.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
