Customer Service Representative

Specific Responsibility will include:

- Innovative in written and verbal communication
- Solving refund queries basis your RCA and exceptional problem-solving skills
- Hustle with one of the most hard-working teams - being in the service industry, each day is a busy day for us and we strive in order to make sure that each customer who is raising a query with us goes back with a smile on his face
Key Responsibility:
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written communication skills. Must be able to punctuate and capitalize properly.
- Post Graduate/ Graduate.
- Positive phone manner throughout the day.
- Strong computer and analytical skills.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
Reports to : Customer Experience Manager
Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
