**Profile Summary**:The Office Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of an office or workplace. This position involves a wide range of administrative and organizational tasks to support the smooth functioning of the office environment. The Office Coordinator is responsible for handling various office-related duties, supporting staff, and maintaining a productive and organized workspace.

**Job description**

**Administrative Support**:

- Provide administrative assistance to office staff, including executives and managers.
- Manage office calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Assist in creating and maintaining office documents, reports, and spreadsheets.

**Office Organization**:

- Ensure the office environment is tidy, well-organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Oversee office equipment maintenance and repairs, such as photocopiers and printers.
- Manage office inventory, order supplies, and track expenses.
- Maintain and update office records and databases.
- Knowledge of office protocols and etiquette.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

**Communication and Correspondence**:

- Handle inquiries and redirect them to the appropriate staff members.
- Screen and prioritize mail and deliveries.

**Facilities Management**:

- Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and renovations as needed.
- Liaise with building management and external vendors for facilities-related issues.
- Ensure the office is compliant with health and safety regulations.

**Meeting and Event Coordination**:

- Arrange and set up conference rooms for meetings, presentations, and events.
- Assist in organizing office events, workshops, and training sessions.
- Coordinate catering and logístical details for meetings and events.
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests.
- Ensure a professional and welcoming reception area.

**Team Support**:

- Assist HR in on boarding new employees, including paperwork and orientation.
- Support staff with general inquiries and requests.
- Collaborate with various departments to facilitate cross-functional tasks.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
