Social Media Executive

We're looking for Social Media Manager who's not just familiar with the usual platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and Medium, but also has hands-on experience with managing communities for web3 companies and understands the nuances of managing and growing Discord communities.
**Responsibilities**:
Manage and Grow Online Communities: Engage with our audience across all social platforms, especially Discord, to foster a vibrant and supportive community.
Content Creation: Craft compelling posts tailored to each platform, keeping in mind the unique audience and trends of the web3 space.
Strategy Development: Design and implement social media strategies to align with business goals.
Performance Analysis: Monitor metrics, provide regular performance reports, and optimize strategies accordingly.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest web3 trends and integrate them into our social strategy.
Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to ensure our social media content aligns with other company initiatives.
Functional Requirements:
Proven experience on presence management across social media channels, preferably with b2b companies. (2-4 years)
Hands-on experience with Discord community management. (1-2 yrs)
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
Strong communication skills.
Up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends.
