**Responsibilities**:
**Client Consultation**:

- Meet with potential clients to discuss modular kitchen & wardrobe needs.
- Understand and capture the requirements accurately to ensure the design team can produce appropriate designs.

**Solution Presentation**:

- Collaborate with the design team to prepare and present proposals to clients.
- Offer design solutions that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional, keeping in mind the client’s budget and preferences.

**Sales Closure**:

- Handle objections, negotiate prices, and close sales in a manner that ensures both client satisfaction and company profitability.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

**Post-Sales Service**:

- Ensure smooth handover of projects to the operations team.
- Act as a point of contact for any customer concerns and ensure timely resolutions.
- Gather feedback and continuously look for ways to improve the sales process.

**Market Awareness**:

- Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, company products, and competitors.
- Provide feedback to the product and design teams on market demands and trends.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the related industry.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities.
- Strong listening, communication, and presentation skills.

**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Weekend availability

Shift:

- Day shift

Travel requirement:

- Up to 50% travel

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business development: 1 year (preferred)
