Office Assistant

Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises, including common areas, meeting rooms, and workspaces.
- Arrange office equipment and furniture as required.
- Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to employees and visitors.
- Ensure a clean and well-maintained pantry area.
- Assist in distributing internal documents, letters, and packages as needed.
- Deliver or pick up items from vendors, clients, or other offices when required.
- Help in photocopying, scanning, and printing documents.
- Assist with the setup of meetings, including preparing meeting rooms and arranging materials.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies such as stationery, pantry items, and cleaning products, informing the supervisor when stock needs replenishing.
- Organize storage areas and keep records of supplies.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
**Education**:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
