**PLC Trainer Job Description**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conduct Training Sessions**:

- Teach PLC programming languages like Ladder Logic, Function Block Diagram (FBD), Structured Text, and Sequential Function Charts (SFC).
- Explain the operation and configuration of PLC hardware and software.
- Guide learners in industrial automation concepts like sensors, actuators, HMI, and SCADA systems.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Develop training modules and course content tailored to the audience (beginner, intermediate, or advanced levels).
- Create practical lab exercises and real-world simulation scenarios.
- **Hands-On Training**:

- Demonstrate the use of PLC hardware and software tools.
- Train on popular PLC brands such as Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, Schneider, and Omron.
- Conduct lab sessions using simulators and actual PLCs.
- **Assessments and Feedback**:

- Design and evaluate assessments to gauge the knowledge of trainees.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to enhance learning outcomes.
- **Industry Updates**:

- Stay updated with the latest trends in PLC and industrial automation.
- Incorporate modern technologies like IoT and Industry 4.0 into training.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**:

- Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
- Specialization in Industrial Automation is a plus.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in PLC programming and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of HMI (Human-Machine Interface), SCADA, and VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) systems.
- Familiarity with industrial protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).
- **Experience**:

- Prior teaching or industrial experience in PLC programming is preferred.
- Experience working with manufacturing or automation systems is advantageous.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Problem-solving skills and patience to train learners.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
