Architect and Urban Planner

**Position Overview**:The Architect and Urban Planner is responsible for designing and planning the layout of buildings, landscapes, and urban areas to create functional, aesthetically pleasing, and sustainable environments. This role involves a combination of creative design, technical expertise, and an understanding of urban development principles.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Architectural Design**:Develop innovative and functional architectural designs for residential, commercial, and public buildings.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
Create detailed drawings, plans, and 3D models using design software.

**Urban Planning**:Conduct research on urban development trends, environmental impact, and community needs.
Develop comprehensive urban plans that consider zoning regulations, transportation systems, and environmental sustainability.
Collaborate with city officials, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure plans align with community goals.

**Site Analysis**:Conduct thorough site analysis to assess environmental, cultural, and historical factors that may impact the design.
Evaluate existing infrastructure and propose improvements for optimal land use.

**Sustainability Integration**:Integrate sustainable design principles, such as energy efficiency and green building practices, into architectural and urban planning projects.
Stay abreast of advancements in sustainable technologies and materials.

**Project Management**:Oversee the entire project lifecycle from concept development to construction and completion.
Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project goals are met within specified timelines and budgets.

**Client Interaction**:Communicate effectively with clients to present design proposals, address concerns, and incorporate feedback into the design process.
Provide guidance and expertise to help clients make informed decisions.

**Regulatory Compliance**:Stay informed about local building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant laws.
Ensure designs comply with all applicable regulations and obtain necessary approvals.

**Team Collaboration**:Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including engineers, landscape architects, and interior designers, to ensure a holistic and cohesive design approach.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Urban Planning.
- Proven experience in architectural and urban planning projects.
- Proficiency in relevant design software and tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
