**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Office Administration**:
- Oversee the daily operations of the office, including managing office supplies and equipment.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and conducive to productivity.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Provide administrative support to senior management and other staff members.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- **Communication Management**:
- Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- **Document Management**:
- Maintain and organize company records, files, and documentation.
- Ensure accurate and timely filing of documents and manage document retrieval processes.
- **Data Entry and Reporting**:
- Enter and update data in company databases and systems.
- Prepare and generate reports, summaries, and presentations as needed.
- **Customer and Client Interaction**:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and customers in a professional manner.
- Address inquiries and provide information as required.
- **Event Coordination**:
- Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and other functions.
- Manage logistics and ensure events run smoothly.
- **Compliance and Procedures**:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in the development and implementation of office procedures and practices.
- **Financial Administration**:
- Assist with basic financial tasks such as managing petty cash, processing invoices, and tracking expenses.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Work closely with other team members to support various projects and initiatives.
- Provide backup support for other administrative staff as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

**Working Conditions**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
