We are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team and oversee the quality of all home appliances.

**Job Responsibility**:

- Schedule QC appointment with the customer via phone call.
- Instruct the customer on how to perform Self QC.
- Initiate a video call with the customer on WhatsApp.
- Inspect the product's operational and physical state.
- Inform the customer of the price following QC, obtain their approval.

Requirements
- Minimum Qualification - 10+2 / Diploma/ B.Tech
- Experience - 0 to 3 years
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Languages Known - Any South language Preferred along with English and Hindi
- Other Key Skills - Inter-personal and Communication Skills, Basic Understanding of Appliances (T.V./WM/REF/AC/DW)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
