**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline
- Establish and nurture relationships with brokers and channel partners
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong network of contacts within the real estate industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for real estate
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
