Service Coordinator

Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians to client locations
- Coordinate with clients and technicians to ensure timely arrival and completion of service calls
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, appointments, and technician schedules
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on the status of service calls and resolve any issues or concerns
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of service parts and equipment
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Provide administrative support as needed, including preparing service reports and invoices
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with scheduling software is desirable
- Knowledge of basic technical concepts or experience in a technical field is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
